1. Jumping is because the rotary hook and needle are not properly adjusted; On the premise of correctly installing the needle, the needle moves from top to bottom and the rotary hook rotates. When the needle is lowered to the lowest position, the tip of the rotary hook should be within the range of 14 ° to 18 °, and 10-12 millimeters from the center of the needle. When the needle rod reaches its lowest point, the distance between the hook tip and the needle is 3.5-4MM. When the needle rod rises 2.2MM, the hook tip reaches the center of the needle and is 1.2-1.5MM away from the needle hole.

2. The wire breakage is due to burrs on the needle plate or needle hole. If the broken wire head is in the shape of a ponytail, it may be due to burrs on the wire hook, tight wire clamping of the wire clamp, or excessive wire picking of the wire picking spring. If the broken wire head is in a cutting shape, it may be due to changes in the mechanical structure position of the machine, failure to follow the original position during disassembly and assembly, collision damage to the parts caused by broken needles and other workpieces, and burrs on the edges of the parts. If one or two strands of broken yarn occur on a single thread, it may be caused by the height of the presser foot being too high.

3. The broken needle is caused by the machine needle touching metal parts such as the rotary hook. Is the position of the needle and the hook tip of the rotary hook touching. Is the needle too thin or the blanket too thick. Is it because the height of the presser foot is too low, causing the needle to collide with the presser foot. Check for nylon gear wear and loose screws. Check if the synchronous pulley is loose. Check the needle plate and the rotary hook for any signs of broken needles.
